Fees

We believe in clear and transparent communications about all our services and fees.

Here is a list of our fees below:

Service Charges

The service charge covers the everyday running expenses of the development. This includes insurances, maintenance and repairs, gardening and communal facilities, along with dedicated staff working within the development.

You will pay your service charge in accordance with the lease.

We will prepare and discuss the budget annually for all the costs associated with running the development. 

We will report to you on a quarterly basis providing transparent reporting on how your service charge funds are being spent.

Following the year end accounts we will hold a meeting for leaseholders to discuss the expenditure.


Reserve Funds

You will pay into your reserve fund in accordance with the lease.  The funds will be in place to consider long term maintenance needs which will be ascertained on a cyclical basis.


Management Fee

This fee covers the costs for all activities to efficiently manage your development. This fee includes communication and reporting with all of the leaseholders and residents.
